Hi am new I got a bill pay phone and on my bills it says the phone number that came with the phone but the phone as my old number don't understand which number is the right one as am using the phone and comes up as my old number???

Did you port your number to Ee?

If so you will see two numbers in your first bill one being the temporary number and for the days that it was in use and the second one being your old number.

No I didn't port it I just put the new sim in the phone and my old number came up but on my bill at the top its a different number

Ah sorry I completely misread that.

Are u currently using an IPhone if so you will need to go to settings and change the number manually.
