I'm looking at buying a new phone on ee. I am already an ee customer on pay as you go and want to stay as that do i need a PAC number in order to keep my mobile number?

Do you need a new SIM card for your new phone?

Or are you applying for a new contract and phone from EE?

You don't need a PAC. Buy the new phone from EE & then ask EE to move your PAYG no. to it.

If you are purchasing a new EE phone and your SIM card will fit, you can use this in your new phone.

If you give us a call on 150 our Pay as you go Care team will see what is available for you.
