Yesterday I changed phone and provider to EE

yesterday my old number transferred and I was able to take calls etc on my old number

today it is using a new number

please can you help

When did you give your PAC code to EE?

Do all calls and texts show as from your temporary number or just iMessages?

All calls and texts
I have changed iMessages in my settings and the phone settings but still it shows the temporary number
Yesterday after the transfer everything worked fine

Hi @NC5,

Can you try logging out of Facetime and iMessage, then restart your phone.

Does this update your number in your settings?

No it hasn’t
It still has the new temporary number in settings and my old number has gone completely
