    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a new handset (iPhone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt; from Fonehouse on an EE Contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent the PAC from Tesco to EE on the 6th May (and again on 12th May)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To-date, I have not received a text from EE, and if I go in to my new phone (with EE Sim fitted) and change the phone number in settings, it just defaults back to the 'new' (unwanted) number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;K&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS - Contract is in my Dad's name (Andrew)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/795905"&gt;@KaelahD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How did you have the PAC code to EE ? &amp;nbsp; If you used the online form that will be the problem. &amp;nbsp;You need the account holder to call customer services to give the PAC code to EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the online form/tool. When you call 150, they tell you they are only supporting vulnerable customers and to go online....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll try calling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
