Hot spot not working on any devices

My hotspot isn’t working on any devices connected to it.
I’ve tried on numerous devices, one day it was connected to an iPad, then it suddenly stopped and hasn’t worked on any other devices since. I have tried on my laptop, iPad other phones but not working. These other devices have been able to connect to other peoples hotspots, so unsure what is happening with mine.
Could anyone help me please.

You told us what devices you are connecting to it but not what device your hotspot is.

@Bee44 What phone is it ? Have you tried turning it off/on ? Are you on contract or PAYG ?
