I am currently in Turkey, yesterday I had a live chat with EE as my phone wouldn't ring the UK, that was eventually resolved after about three hours. Today I have woken up and wanted to gift data as I do every month and my phone is stating no data left. My phone is being ran for data off my turkish sim and I haven't used any of my EE data which renewed today for 30 days. What can I do? I can't ring EE as this will cost me a fortune.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If your data refreshes when you're outside the UK this will prevent you from being able to gift data till you are back in the UK.
