&lt;P&gt;Can you log into your My EE app and go to Settings, is use mobile data turned on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi I've upgraded my phone, new sim is in, I have activated the new sim, but still it isn't connecting to any data! Can someone help please?</description>
