Puzzled … my boyfriend usually has the option to buy / add on extra data so he can gift it to his son as and when needed.

the option to buy add ons has disappeared!

we are puzzled after much searching and googling

any ideas about what might have happened ?

I hope you're well and having a nice time in France, other than this issue of course.

When you're outside the UK data you can buy is roaming data, and that can't be shared.

@Christopher_B : France is in the EU! You don't buy roaming data in the EU. You use your UK allowances or buy UK add-on data there & you should be able to share it. This is no Solution!

Can I just check, do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?
