Cannot access www.fordmoney.co.uk on EE network

Hi.

For several days now I have been unable to access www.fordmoney.co.uk on the EE network ( yes the Web Site is up & running ) but I can access it correctly using the O2 network .

I have contacted the Ford Money customer service team who say they have had a large number of similar queries from EE users .

Does anyone know what the problem is ?

I receive the message : Server DNS address could not be found

DNS_Probe_Finished_NXDOMAIN

I am using a Chrome Book

Searching both with Bing & Google

The problem is related to your DNS server which is automatically configured
when using a internet connection (SIM or WiFi etc) but you can change the
DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 which Google's DNS servers. Those should
definitely have already registered the website you mentioned
