    <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched to 4G only, still says the same thing. 5G is only in certain areas in my town so it’s mostly 4G. Phone is a iPhone 12 Pro Max.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, having the same issue as poster, mobile data works for everything else but the Santander banking app since switching to the 5G plan. Any fix on this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Gurus about this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;They will be able to investigate further and hopefully find a way of getting this to work.&lt;/P&gt;
