Personal Paired Plan

I have just purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 and trying to buy the plan from EE so that I can use the cellular function without my phone being nearby….. I have spoken to 5 different operators now and none can assist as they done really understand what I am asking for. Could anyone help me to find a plan please?

You go via the wtaxh app on your phone to get the plan.

The plan is £7 a month.

I have tried that and it comes up with an error message saying that I am not the plan owner

Having the same issue I had when I tried setting up my watch plan

I had to contact the CEO to get mine sorted. As the CS team just kept telling me I had to go through the app and they wouldn't listen when I stated I couldn't.

But give EE a call this was a year ago for me they may have realised there's an issue by now.

Thank you, I think that I will have to call into an EE shop next week as I don’t think that I have the patients to call a 6th time today!
