This is maybe one for an EE person....today I phoned and was offered a new contract, which had a discount on the cost and additional 3Gb data. I agreed.</P><P>Moments later I look at My EE to check everything and under Add Ons etc. I can see the discount, but not the additional 3Gb. All my calls, made &amp; received, are recorded and it's very clear in the recording that the EE agent offered the additional 3Gb so I can provide evidence of what was offered and what I accepted.
