NHS Hero’s free data

Did EE free NHS data ended in May? Mine is saying 0 bytes instead of unlimited. I am certain that EE stated (website) that their NHS Hero’s free data offer will be ending in June 2021.

Welcome to the community.

The unlimited NHS data offer does run till June, so you should still have it. Are you able to use the internet on your device?

Hi Chris, thank you for replying. I have spoken to EE this morning and I was told it is still on my account but it will take up to 7 days to show. Apparently it was reapplied on the 21/5. They don’t know why that happened. It’s still saying 0 bytes. I got a family member to transfer some data into my phone for now .
