      <title>New contract - Mobile Data won't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just started a new contract with EE and although I have 10Gb included, visible on my web account and agreed with customer sales, my iPhone gives a pop-up saying I am "not subscribed to a mobile data service", no matter what I try to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched mobile data off and on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched app data off and on again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched mobile off and on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched to 3g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched to 4g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched Wifi calling off and on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Removed the sim card and restarted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset network services on the iPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;switched airplane mode off and on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All to no avail. A customer service technician from EE says there is nothing wrong at their end. My previous contract had mobile data without problem from a different provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone experienced this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything else I can try?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marquis&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1847231"&gt;@Marquis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; go to Settings&amp;gt;General scroll down to profile ( Profile will only show if a profile is installed on your device ) If there is please delete it and then restart your device and see if you can use cellular data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
