&lt;P&gt;Are you able to try another EE SIM card in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This would help to determine if the problem is with the phone, or the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my galaxy A5 has been receiving "no data service temporarily not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;offered" message constantly over the last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All services are working fine and no issues are reported on the network status checker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please give advice on stopping this message its relentless all day and im considering moving to another carrier due to it unless its solved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi yes i've restarted the device and this did not stop the messages. I've also made sure all software is up to date and taken out the sim to clean it. the only option that is currently available to me is to silence the notification for 2 hours but it comes back after that time has elapsed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
