&lt;P&gt;The easiest way to do this is call customer services and request the removal of content lock. &amp;nbsp;You’ll need a credit/debt card to pay a refundable token. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Going to the store they just needed to see ID from you and they should of done this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sure this has already been covered quite extensively however I'm trying to get the content lock turned off on my phone. I'm on PAYG so went in to a store today to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me in store there is no lock on my phone and it must be my wifi. It isn't - its definitely locked on my phone. How do I get this sorted...? I don't want to go back into the store again and be told the same thing...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated : )&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
