Personal Unlimited VS Business Unlimited

I'm looking to buy a "sim only" unlimited data plan. This is for use as a home broadband connection with a cat20 LTE router due to lack of usable fixed-line options. I've already tested EE for this location with good signal and 5 carrier aggregation.

The 24 month contract on the "personal" site gave me pause since I may not be staying at this location for 2 years. I also noticed the business unlimited plans are either shorter or cheaper (including VAT) and I'm struggling to figure out why, and whether I am allowed to use a business plan instead:

Personal -> Sim Only -> Unlimited, 24 Month = £37.00 (inc VAT)
Business -> Sim Only -> Unlimited, 12 Month = £38.40 (inc VAT)
Business -> Sim Only -> Unlimited, 24 Month = £32.40 (inc VAT)

1. What are the differences between business and personal unlimited plans?

2. Are non-business-owners allowed to purchase business plans?

What am I missing?

Do the terms of service differ substantially?

Must I be a business owner to purchase?

I've found anecdotes of non-business users purchasing business plans but the requirements are not made explicitly clear on the website. Clarification would be much appreciated.

Business price plans are only available to business customers. They have different terms and conditions to personal plans.

To open or change to a business account, we'd require a business proof. Generally a Business bank statement, cheque book or utility bill.
