These are IPs reserved by the registrar, IANA, for internal private IPs of a network, in this case the EE internal CGNAT network. Unlikely to be mast based but EE's central CGNAT DHCP-issued.

Hi

I seem to bouce between 10.xx.xx.xx and 100.xx.xx.xx when connected via mobile data to the EE network. I understand that this is an internal IP address.

What I am trying to work out is, has each mast for its own range of IP addresses ( and I am jumping between two masts) or is it just coincidence that I jump between 10. and 100.

Are you seeing those IPs through a What's My IP site or in your device's settings? It's only the former that gives you your public IP.

This is the IP address given to me by EE and can be found in the router settings. It is not my own IP address for my LAN or the Public IP address but IS the CGNAT address.
