Data gifting

Ive got a pay monthly contract, and a linked PAYG account for my daughters phone. I never use my data allowance, and my daughter constantly runs out, so id like to make use of the data gifting facility. But i dont see any options on myEE to do it.

Ive read through the instructions, and i dont have any menu options for family.

Can someone give me any pointers please?

Hi @andtal75

You've mentioned PAYG - data gifting only works between pay-monthly phone on the same EE billing account. You can't gift data to or from PAYG accounts.

If you want to share data between these 2 phones, you would need to consider moving your daughter to a pay-monthly plan on the same account as yourself. I don't know how old your daughter is, as to whether that would have other implications.
