4g does surfing through

I’ve been struggling to surf through EE along my days shifts. The signal 4g shows in my screen but it does not surfing well also if I’m get a calling the backgrounds app are totally death. I used working in food delivery field and this is the first time that me and my wife facing this issue with EE. Many i have to switch the air plane mode and than off to EE works. when i got a new request/order in fast food app i can listen the popups song but there has a big delay to something shows in my screen and that did not happens before. My device is Iphone 11 Ios 14.4.

@Renan824305 Have you tried a network reset on the device ? You’ll find this in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Your device will reboot and you’ll need to test. Any WiFi passwords will have to be put back on the device when needed.

Are you reporting slow data speeds?

If so, have you checked the coverage & status checker for any known issues?

Do other EE users in your workplace have similar problems?
