Does EE have LTE M1 or NB IOT network? If so is there a coverage map and is a special sim required?

What is it that you're connecting? Do you have a business account with EE?

The only coverage map we currently have available shows the 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G networks.

EE has a 4G network. Any EE SIM connects to it.

What is it that you're wanting to use over an EE 4G connection, that's causing you to ask the question?

EE do run NB IOT across some of its Network, I believe it's prodomently on the 2100mhz Band, but I'm guessing it's in conjunction with Business / Corporate to use or trial as unlikely to be on a National Wide Area Coverage at this stage.
