My 4G router intermittently drops out of 4G and lights on front show it is only connected to 3G. Once 4G is back on again, when I check from another device, the router does not then reboot itself to pick up 4G again. Should it do that or do I have to restart router every time.

Routers don't reboot themselves; they just reconnect.

Which Model Router is it.

Is it EE or 3rd Party Party supplied.

Login to Admin does it give 4G Signal Strength reading.

Where abouts is the Router position within the House.

Does the problem persist if you move the Router nearer the Window, ie Upstairs Window or the other side of the House.

Is the Router permanently on Charge and is the Battery good.

Report back with your findings.
