Hi I have an iPhone 12 pro and cant get it to use my EE data allowance when Im not connected to wifi? What am I doing wrong in the set up?

What happens when you try to use mobile data?

Is your mobile data option enabled on your phone?

Hi Bristolian, thanks for your response. When I switch wifi off and then try and look at email or search for directions on maps nothing much happens at all. They all hang up on the searching page. Ive attached few pics and the settings screen for mobile data. Ive had the phone and EE SIM for a few months now and have not used any data at all.

When was the last time you were able to use data?

Have you restarted your phone?
