      <title>No access to app or website - urgently need to gift data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to access my EE app for 3 days with no success. &amp;nbsp;I cannot log onto the website either, it just tells me there is a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get through to EE on the phone and web chat is continuously unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I urgently need to gift data! I have staff who are unable to access emails or use sat nav and a son who is unable to log onto virtual learning sessions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way I can gift data please? &amp;nbsp;Or any reason EE seem to be completely down since the end of last week?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure why you cannot log-in to the app or website, but the only way is to contact customer service to get this reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Gift dating can only be done to people on your account, but I presume you knew this, there is no account access here. Not sure why some of you are having difficulty accessing your account, as I certainly have not encountered this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
