Hi I’ve recently received my Xbox series s. How do I claim my game pass ultimate if my phone is not working and won’t be able to receive any messages?

Hi @James19862,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You'll need to be able to receive texts to activate your Game Pass Ultimate subscription, as a one time pin code will be sent to your phone during setup.

Do you have another phone you can out your SIM in?

Yes I’ll try the SIM card in another phone, when am I likely to receive the text message, thanks.

The team are working through orders now so you should receive your text soon if you haven't received it already.

If you visit ee.co.uk/xbox does it allow you to setup your subscription?

When I click the link it’s asking for my phone number which I’ve entered then it’s sending a pin to my phone which I can’t receive

That's right, you'll need to pop your SIM into another phone so you can receive the text to finish setting it up.

The code I’ve redeemed is only for 1 month free access. I still haven’t received a text for my 24 month game pass

Hi @James19862,

Don't worry, your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will automatically renew each month. At the end of the 24 months, you'll have the option to continue to pay for your subscription in your EE bill.
