Ordered the Xbox series s 11 days ago. Had an order confirmation email with a kxo number saying my order is on its way.

I have had nothing further since ordering, informing me of delivery!

how long is delivery expected

Hi,

yes downloaded the app and there is no scheduled deliveries on there.
when I track my xko number, it’s says sorry we couldn’t find your order details right now

I placed my order on the 5th December 2021

they took the upfront payment straight away
