Xbox x 24 month game pass no code

Hi everyone
I have just received my Xbox series X as part of an add-on to my contract. It came with 24 months Game Pass but I haven't received any code or email or text to activate it, does anyone know how to do this?

I sorted mine by going to www.ee.co.uk/xbox - there will be an option to activate and it will direct you to MS website to add the pass
