Xbox Series S Ultimate Pass

Good evening, I purchased 2 of the Xbox series S offers as add ons to 2 different numbers on my EE account. I have received the machines today and before I set them up (new to Xbox/Microsoft), how do I set up the ultimate game pass for each machine as no instructions came with the order?

Do you know the turnaround time on these texts? The console is pretty basic without the pass.
