Received Xbox series x 2 weeks ago but yet to receive 24 month game pass code?

It has been 16 days now since my series X arrived, but I am still yet to receive my 24 month game pass code through text? Why is this? I was told on ee social the code arrives on the 15th day after the 14 day return window has passed, yet nothing? Paying quite the monthly sum for an Xbox if I don’t receive the code.. as it has a value of around £260 after 2 years when worked out on a monthly price

please help, cheers
