I ordered an xbox series s a week ago.

I've ordered an xbox but I've not received anything other than the message saying its on its way. I've tried using the tracker but isn't working and there's no way to contact anyone about this either.

Yeah me to, turns out they’ve cancelled it, had to take 2 days of work to wait for it aswell, joke of a company, been with these over 20 years, seriously cowboy company.

Because apparently you can’t do it over the phone. And that’s a lie because my friend 13 doors down got he’s today & we ordered them on Monday, the same time, yet for some reason he gets he’s? You’ve offered me £50 compensation, seriously you are joking? I take 2 days of work and you don’t even tell me it’s cancelled, I had to ring myself, seriously can’t wait to cancel my contract, 3 phones with you for over 20 years, I even ordered a tablet on the phone in the same call and that came, what a joke of a company.
