      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone in store last weekend and was told I'd receive a text to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called 150 but they said as I ordered in store they were unable to help and there appears to be no record on my receipt or account of the xbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had ordered the same deal online and didn't receive the text either I called and was on hold for over an hour only to be told it's out of stock &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;and won't be able to get it till after Christmas now I have to go and get something for my daughter's birthday &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;not amused&lt;/P&gt;</description>
