    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I added a ps5 to my plan , paid the £10 upfront cost which was taken from my account almost instantly but have had no confirmation email saying my order was accepted or anything so I'm a little confused how can you take a payment when I have no idea if my order went through or not. And if it didn't I would like a refund. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I havent even had anything , ill be ringing tommorow to see what going on I doubt my order even went through. But doesnt explain them taking the £10.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
