Maybe have been down to numerous factors, although on the T&amp;Cs it stated something along the lines of if you had a SIMO for 6+ months you could add the product you wanted. I'd also imagine if you had missed a payment then they'd maybe decline for that reason also.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I know at the turn of this year I tried unsuccessfully to get an XSX and it was down to me missing payments due to unemployment.
