PS5 order confirmed but not received delivery notified

hi. i have ordered ps5 on monday and i got email confirmed ,but i didn’t get delivery update or DPD courier .i have called to EE customer service, they said my order inprocessing i will get update in 24 hours .but now it’s more than 24 hours i still not received any update.

Have you tried downloading the DPD app?

Any deliveries for your address will show on the app.

Yes i have tried DPD app. It's didn't show any on my address. Even i used online order tracker on ee website it still show "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. "

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, DPD will contact you with tracking information.
