How do you actually add ps5 accesories to my contract

The accessory shop on this site is actually useless when you login i cant even find the stuff i want and when i manually search for a PS5 controller and click buy now it just sends me back to the 119 accessory list????!!!!!

How did anyone actually buy a PS5 last week the process is impossible.

I agree. I spent 2 hours in a continual cycle of logging in, adding to plan, logging in... useless !
