Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months Already Redeemed?

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help, i've recently received a link to redeem my 12 Months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but the code provided has already been redeemed - I pay monthly for my subscription so it's certainly not been redeemed by me, but i'm unsure what avenue to chase regarding this please?

I would recommend speaking to Microsoft over the phone or through their live chat.
