No Internet Connection

Is anyone else having connectivity issues with their mobile 4GEE WiFi. This is a regular occurrence. Not being funny but I’m not paying monthly to have no connection when we need WiFi out and about.

I have already checked the network coverage status for my home postcode and it says the service is excellent, so I don’t understand why we can’t get online.
