4GEE Router Connected Devices List Wrong

When I view my router's connected devices list, there are several devices listed in offline that are definitely connected right now. I want to put parental controls on them but as they are faded out and in the offline list I can't access them. I have called the router management page on various devices but it is the same. I can fire up other devices and connect to the wifi with them and they transition from the offline list to online, but there are quite a few that are stuck in the offline list incorrectly.

Any help appreciated.

Are they offline because they are in sleep mode?

Try refreshing your router page after they connect.

No they are not in sleep mode & refreshing page makes no difference

Are you able to disconnect and reconnect the devices showing as offline to the WiFi, @pmus?
