EE 4GEE Wifi 2, not working, all lights on

My mini wifi has stopped working. It connects to my PC via USB and shows up, but using 192.168.1.1 refuses to connect. Wifi also not working.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried resetting the WiFi device?

Yes and Yes.

The small reset button has no effect no matter how long I hold it down for.

Have you tried doing a pin reset of your device?

If you locate the pin reset hole on the back of the device, then press and hold this for 15 seconds using a pin, the device will be reset.

Yes that's the pin reset I've tried (next to the battery), but it does not do anything.
