CcTV sim card issues

Hi, I added a data sim to my EE contract for a remote wireless CCTV unit

Could not get it to work

Spoke to the help desk they sent out another sim, still failed

Borrowed a pals SIM (pay as you go) and the CCTV worked superbly

Bought an EE PAYG SIM works fine !

What am I doing wrong to not get the contract sim To work ?

Does the contract SIM work when placed in a phone?

Hi Katie, yep works fine, phone calls and able to access You Tube etc

I'm not sure why the pay monthly SIM card isn't working. It may be worth speaking to our Technical Support team, since the replacement SIM didn't fix it.
