4g ee wifi constantly not working

My 4gee wifi is constantly not working, had it for less than 1 week and bought it with 120g of data. Keeps showing message 'internet not available' how can I resolve this?

Does this happen in more than one location or have you only tried it in one place?

Can you check your postcode in our Network Status Checker?

Hi Jon,

No tried it everywhere and still doesn't work, did the post code checker and shows its fine.

It did work when I first got it for about 5 days now it just doesn't connect?

Have you tried resetting it, @Robsmall?

There's usually a button on the back to do so.
