security key doesn't work on 4GEE wifi 0560

WIFI security key doesn't work, just keeps saying unable to connect? the WIFI key is on the inside of the back cover (insure-vigour-0565). what can I do to resolve this issue?

Yes all lights are working and yes it has worked before.

Yes I've tried pushing the little button in the back. but do I need hold it for a particular length of time?

Hi @Androo

Can you try the steps here, 4GEE WiFi Mini device guide, to factory reset the device and see if you can connect to the WiFi?
