4Gee wifi mini - all lights stuck on

My little 4Gee router worked fine for about a month. All lights are now stuck on and the device is undetectable by any other device. Have tried a reset, hard reset and hard rest whilst on charge, and removing the battery - it just persists as it was. absolutely no joy. Any suggestions?

Hi Chris, managed to get hold of EE Tech Support today and they were very helpful in fairness. They checked the account, and data service which checked out ok, and concluded that the device itself must be faulty. It has therefore been returned for repair / replacement to EE. The EE shop said they'd had a few back recently in exactly the same state. Faulty batch may be? Let's hope the replacement one does the trick.
