My 4G Mini Wifi

Hi Can anyone help me my laptop wont accept the network key to access wifi. I have put the code starting wxt......... in and it wont connect . Am I using the right network key code or is there something else? Also I've put £40 credit on and it keeps saying I have no data and wants me to purchase more

I use the internet for everything so totally get that this needs sorting as soon as possible.

How long have you had the 4G Mini WIFI device, is this your first top up?
