If you visit http://192.168.1.1 on another device connected to the WiFi router, then enter the username as 'admin' and the password as 'admin' so you see the password?

Which pwd have you forgot? The admin pwd or the WiFi pwd? Have you looked at the label on it or under the battery cover?

Assuming it's a Dongle, as in a LTE / 4G USB Dongle then it probably won't have a WiFi Password as it will connect directly to the Laptop or PC, so as @Leanne_T suggests access the Admin Page via 192.168.1.1, if that doesn't bring up the Admin Page / Dash Board then there may be some software on the Dongle to Install Dash Board Software to the PC (Normally on the D Drive of the Dongle).

Other option it could be a WiFi Dongle talking to a 4G Router.
