&lt;LI&gt;For the 4GEE Home Router 2 it asks you to log in &amp;amp; if you don't already have a mobile no. it insists on 1.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For the 4GEE WiFi Mini 2020 it doesn't do that. You can buy it w/out an existing EE a/c.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, a mobile phone plan customer but it could be PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure I understand the question correctly, but if your asking do you need to already have an an EE Account or some form of existing Plan before you can take on a 4G MiFi Device or Data Plan then No you don't you can just sign up for a 4GEE Device and Plan as a New Customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you already have a suitable Device, ie, an Unlocked 4G Router then you can just take out a Phone or Data SIM Only Plan and use that in the Device that way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
