&lt;P&gt;As it tells you in its Quick Start Guide the Power LED will indicate :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Solid Blue: Sufficient (21 - 100%)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Flashing Blue: Charging.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Solid Red: Low (&amp;lt; 20%).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
