I topped my payg wifi device up with calls instead of data. How can I get it credited as data?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to check your account and see what they can do.

You don't top-up with calls or data. You top-up with money to give you credit to buy calls or data add-ons.

Are you saying you mistakenly bought the wrong pack or add-on, a calls 1 instead of intended data? All calls packs also include some data. Once bought packs can't be converted to something else.
