    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes restarted, reset numerous times.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have now spoken to EE and a refurbished replacement router is being sent out. I'm hoping this works, however the replacement we received 2 weeks ago for the same issue has failed and that was a refurbished model. I'm a little worried as if this one fails I have been told they will not replace again.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 12.30pm we have had no 4G internet. Out hub shows we are connected and devices also show connected but nothing. Are EE having issues??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have an EE Phone? if so, can you access data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
