How do you turn yellow mifi box off ? How can you tell if off of on ? Appears to be using battery when I think it’s off 🤷‍♀️

Welcome to the community 🙂

The EE Mini WiFi will remain on while it is being used. You can't power down the device if it is charged.

When the device has been idle for 30mins, it will go into sleep mode to preserve the battery life.

You can press the power button to reactivate the device when you want to use it.

Alex sorry connected to firestick etc so does it continue to eat the data in sleep mode ? Or do I need to disconnect devices ?

Yeah if the firestick is connected and running, then the data will be used up on the WiFi Mini.

If you aren't actively using the Firestick then disconnecting it will ensure you aren't using data.

Press and hold the Power Button for a few seconds to power off.

To check if it's powered off or just gone to sleep or not showing its lights quickly press the power button to show its status.
